About the Competition

The MIT Venture Capital Competition features five-member student teams from MIT who simulate a day in the life of a Venture Capitalist. Through the review of real Business Plans, Entrepreneur Pitches and active questioning of the Founders, Teams will decide if they invest and on what terms. The Teams are judged live by Venture Capitalists and investment professionals, who then select the winning team to represent MIT at the national VCIC, all expenses paid.
